Project Overview
The Perry Hotel is a 100 unit hotel located within Stock Island Marina Village, Key West, FL. From the sharp lines to the rod iron balconies, the industrial design of this hotel sets it apart from many others located within the Keys.

The hotel includes a restaurant, pool bar, fitness center, and many other amenities such as: a cruise to Cuba, charter inshore and off shore fishing trips, scuba diving, kayaking and paddle boarding.
The location on the site where the hotel was constructed was originally planned as the marina parking lot. The sewer, water, and stormwater infrastructure had already been constructed in an earlier phase.
Weiler Engineering Corporation (WEC) had to relocate two (2) stormwater injection wells, thousands of feet of exfiltration trench, gravity sewer lines and manholes, and redesign the potable water system to accommodate the additional flow. In doing so, WEC also had to modify all original permits with each of the regulatory agencies.
