Palm Island Marina is an 8 acre site that provides transient and long term dockage facilities, indoor dry storage units, and fueling services.
Weiler Engineering Corporation was contracted to permit two additional dry storage buildings (58,000 SF total) and complete the design of the stormwater management system in 1998.
This project area had 0.44 acres of red and black mangroves on Lemon bay that required unique environmental consideration by WEC.
