Existing single-family home lot being redeveloped into 6 single-family home subdivision. Project involved coordination with FDEP to receive a residential mangrove removal alteration permit to remove 9,775 SF of mangroves on Rock Creek in Naples, FL. 0.28 credits were purchased through LPI Mitigation Bank. Project will include up to 6-slip dock and riprap (but not completed yet). Mangroves were removed to provide a better view of Rock Creek.
