Weiler Engineering Corporation (WEC) was contracted to revise the existing marina layout and expand the dry boat storage capacity with a rock stormwater retention system incorporated within the building footprint; along with the design and permitting of the wastewater treatment plant, and structural engineering of the 25 villas and accessory buildings.
This project also required permitting through the Coast Guard to provide additional navigation marker located within the channel.
